垂直侵彻反应装甲射流断裂机理研究

STUDY ON JET BREAKUP IN EXPLOSIVE REACTIVE ARMOUR

  • 摘要: 利用X光照片对射流垂直侵彻反应装甲这一物理过程进行研究,认为爆轰场加快了射流失稳断裂过程. 并基于射流在空气中运动断裂模型的基础上,运用弹塑性相关理论,建立了在爆炸场中射流断裂时间模型,利用该模型得到了干扰后射的侵彻模型.

     

    Abstract: The disturbance mechanism of ERA is simply the interactionbetween the thin moving plate and the shaped charge jet. But this is not thecase but when the shaped charge jet impacts ERA in a normalpenetration. This paper studies the physical process of ERA and theshaped charge jet, based on X-ray photographes. It is concluded that it isthe pressure at the denotation site that causes the early jet breakup.Based onthe breakup mode of jet in the air, applying the elastic-plastic theory,the mode of jet particulate in ERA is obtained. With this mode, thepenetration of the residual jet can be evaluated. The theoretical results agree well with experiment data.
