δ-Al_2O_3短纤维增强Al合金复合材料的拉伸力学行为研究

TENSILE BEHAVIOR OF δ-Al_2O_3 SHORT FIBER REINFORCED Al ALLOY COMPOSITES

  • 摘要: 利用宏观、微观实验和三维弹塑性有限元分析方法(FEM,对δ-Al_2O_3短纤维增强Al合金复合材料的弹性模具和应力-应变曲线进行预测,同时讨论该类材料的断裂特征.研究了纤维位向的变化并引入了实测的短纤维位向分布规律.研究表明,本文对该类复合材料的弹性模量和应力-应变曲线的预测是较为准确的.

     

    Abstract: Based on the results of macro- and micro-experiments, the tensile elastic modulus and stress-strain curve of δ-Al2O3 short fiber reinforced Al alloy composites are predicted by threedimensional elasto-plastic FEM. Tlie fracture characteristic of composite is also analyzed. The fiber's orientation and its distribution were measured by experiments. It is shown that the predicted results are considerably close to the experimental ones.
