关于矩形截面管道比摩阻的数值分析

NUMERICAL ANALYSIS OF SPECIFIC FRICTION FOR RECTANGULAR PIPES

  • 摘要: 《工程流体力学》本科生教材的基本理论和工程应用都是针对圆形管道适用的,而对于非圆形管道的计算,教科书中提到采用当量直径的方法,认为非圆形管道的阻力和当量直径相同的圆形管道近似,从而将非圆形管道按照圆形管道进行计算。但当量直径相同的圆管和非圆形管的阻力受不同条件影响差别较大。所以采用数值计算方法分析影响矩形截面管道比摩阻的要素,为异型管阻力计算提供依据。

     

    Abstract: The basic theory and engineering application of the undergraduate textbook of Engineering Fluid Mechanics are applicable to circular pipelines, while for the calculation of non-circular pipelines, the equivalent diameter method is mentioned in the textbook, which considers that the resistance of non-circular pipelines is similar to that of circular pipelines with the same equivalent diameter, so that non-circular pipelines are calculated according to circular pipelines. But the resistance of circular pipelines with the same equivalent diameter and non-circular pipelines is still very different affected by different conditions. Therefore, using numerical calculation method to analyze the factors affecting the specific friction of rectangular section pipelines, providing a basis for the resistance calculation of special-shaped pipelines.
