## NUMERICAL EVALUATION OF DYNAMIC RESPONSE OF BLASTING EXCAVATION TO UNDERPASS EXISTING TUNNEL

• 摘要: 爆破开挖作为常用的隧道施工方法之一，同时也是我国山岭隧道建设的主要方法，但爆破开挖会引起既有结构振动响应，影响既有结构的正常运营，甚至导致既有结构破坏。本文以新林隧洞下穿引水电站为工程背景，通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件分析了新林隧道下穿引水隧洞爆破震动响应规律，并结合现场实测数据验证了模型的可靠性。基于数值计算结果，对不同开挖推进距离造成既有隧道断面振动响应进行分析，并提出既有隧道破坏限值，确定了隧道破环范围；针对实际工程存在的问题，考虑到既有隧道安全运营和保证周边围岩的稳定，模拟了37个工况，给出了优化后爆破方案。本文的研究对新林隧道施工具有指导意义，也可为类似下穿工程提供相应的参考。

Abstract: As one of the commonly used tunnel construction methods, blasting excavation has become the main method for the construction of mountain tunnels in China. However, blasting excavation will cause the vibration response of existing structures, affect the normal operation of existing structures, and even lead to the destruction of existing structures. In this paper, the Xinling tunnel underpass water diversion power station is taken as the engineering background. The ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software is used to analyze the blasting vibration response law of the Xinlin tunnel under the diversion tunnel, and the reliability of the model is verified by the field measured data. Based on the numerical results, the vibration response of the existing tunnel section is analyzed for different excavation propulsion distances, and the existing tunnel damage limit is proposed to determine the tunnel damage range. For the actual engineering problems, the existing tunnel safety is considered. The operation and guarantee of the stability of the surrounding rock were simulated, and 37 working conditions were simulated, and the optimized blasting scheme was given. It has guiding significance for the construction of Xinlin tunnel and provides some reference for similar undercut engineering.
