聚丙烯酸酯改性水泥注浆材料力学性能与微观结构研究

STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND MICROSTRUCTURES OF POLYACRYLATE MODIFIED CEMENT GROUTING MATERIAL

  • 摘要: 注浆材料的力学性能对注浆加固效果至关重要。为探究聚丙烯酸酯乳液改性水泥浆液是否可以作为一种修复破碎岩体的注浆材料,文章开展了不同配比的单轴抗压强度试验,并与实际工程中应用过的注浆材料进行了对比测试,最后对几种注浆材料的微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,聚丙烯酸酯乳液改性水泥浆液结石体和注浆加固体具有突出的单轴抗压强度和韧性,这与聚丙烯酸酯乳液可以改善结石体孔隙结构,以及使浆液与岩体之间紧密胶结有关。

     

    Abstract: The mechanical properties of grouting materials play a crucial role in the effectiveness of reinforcement. To verify the suitability of polyacrylate latex modified cement as a grouting material for repairing broken rock mass, uniaxial compressive strength tests were conducted using different proportions and compared with grouting materials used in actual projects. Additionally, the microstructure of several grouting materials was characterized. The results show that the polyacrylate latex modified grouting material has outstanding uniaxial compressive strength and toughness, which is related to the polyacrylate latex can ameliorate the pore structure of the grout stone body and make the rock-grout interface closely cemented.
