富氢天然气家用燃气具研发

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT OF HYDROGEN-ENRICHED DOMESTIC GAS APPLIANCES

  • 摘要: 富氢天然气家用燃气具是“氢进万家”战略实施的关键终端产品。本文介绍了万和公司的富氢天然气家用燃气具研究和开发工作,主要解决了确定界限气特性,并对材料相容性、泄漏控制、低应力控制、富氢就绪等问题,明确了满足掺氢比例为0~20%的富氢天然气适应性要求的技术措施和实施方案。同时,万和公司的富氢天然气家用燃气具研发成果,为富氢天然气的规模化应用提供了具有合理技术经济性的“富氢就绪”方案。

     

    Abstract: Hydrogen-enriched natural gas (HENG) type domestic gas appliances are key end products for the implementation of the “hydrogen into homes” strategy. This paper introduces the research and development of the HENG domestic gas appliances from Vanward, which have solved the problem of determining the limit gas characteristics, and with respect to the material compatibility, leakage control, low stress control, HENG ready, etc., which have proposed requirements and implementation plans for technical measures for adaptation of HENG with a hydrogen ratio of 0~20%. At the same time, Vanward's research and development results of HENG domestic gas appliances provide a “HENG ready” solution with reasonable technical and economical benefits for the large-scale application of HENG.
