从机翼薄壁盒结构设计中引出的问题

STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF WING THIN-WALLED BOX

  • 摘要: 以结构稳定性作为切入点,利用多格薄壁盒来模拟机翼结构的主要承力部分,能够既保留问题实质又降低复杂性. 模型曲线形状表明:该优化问题为非凸不连续,具有多个局部最优解;优化结果指出:(1)替换材料,(2)增减载荷大小,(3)改变几何参数,最优结构拓扑形式均要发生变化. 因此,无论从学术研究还是工程应用,基于稳定性约束的机翼结构优化均是一个值得研究的内容.

     

    Abstract: From the structural stability condition, we use a boxwith cells as the simple model to simulate the wing structure, as thekey part transferring force, so that we can keep the essentialfeature and make the problem to be expressed less complicated.It can be seen thatthe object function of the simple model is both non-convex, non-continuous,and has many local optima. The computational resultsshow that the optimal structure layout would depend on the type ofmaterial, the value of loads, and the geometric parameters of the model.
