## USAGE OF MAGNITUDE ESTIMATION IN SIMPLIFING ANALYSIS OF MECHANICS OF MATERIALS

• 摘要: 问题的简化分析往往基于假设条件,说明假设的合理性不仅是结论适用范围的基础,也是培养学生解决复杂系统工程问题的必要环节,本文采用量级估计的方式,说明材料力学基本变形量之间的关系以及常见简化假设的基础,为教学活动中解释相关问题提供参考。

Abstract: The simplification of a problem is often based on assumptions. The reasonability of the assumption not only determines the scope of conclusion feasible, but also cultivates students in solving the problem of complex system engineering. This paper uses the method of magnitude estimation to explain the relationship between some deformations of material mechanics and the basis of simplified assumptions, which could provide a reference for explaining the relevant problems in the teaching activities.
