微压差压力传感器的设计--解决航空发动机吸入无氧气体造成工作异常的方法

THE DESIGN OF MICRO-DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR--THE SOLUTION FOR FAILURE OF AIRCRAFT ENGINE DUE TO NON-OXYGEN GAS

  • 摘要: 针对机载武器发射产生的废气对发动机工作参数的影响,自行研制了微压差压力传感器来测量发动机压气机后压力的突降信号,及时打开防喘系统来防止发动机喘振或停车. 论述了传感器的结构、工作原理和设计思路以及主要组件参数的设计方法,并得出符合设计要求的试验结果.

     

    Abstract: Due to the influence of the exhaust gas produced by airborne weapons onengine's operational parameter, amicro-differential pressure sensor is developed to measure the signalwhen the pressure in the aircompressor falls suddenly. Thesystem of antisurge can open in time to prevent the engine surge or stop. Thispaper discusses the sensor structure, the principle of work, the designprinciple and the main part parameter design method. And the testresults show that the design requirement is satisfied.
