合金钢与铝合金疲劳极限的理论估算方法分析

THE FATIGUE LIMIT ESTIMATION METHODS FOR ALLOY STEELS AND ALUMINUM ALLOYS

  • 摘要: 基于27种合金钢与铝合金的机械、力学性能,分析对比了3种理论估算疲劳极限方法的估算结果,发现3种方法中只有两种方法能够比较精确地估算材料的疲劳极限; 当引入强度系数和应变硬化指数与常规机械与力学性能的关系之后,这两种方法都可借助材料的常规机械与力学性能估算疲劳极限,估算过程中的限制性条件``高强度钢''应予取消.

     

    Abstract: Based on the mechanical properties of twenty- sevenalloy steels and aluminum alloys, the theoretical fatigue limits are analyzed with three methods. It is found that in the three methods only twocan give a proper estimate of the fatigue limits. Moreover, when therelationship among the strength coefficient, the strain-hardeningexponent and the mechanical properties is considered, the two methodscan be used to estimate the fatigue limits from the conventional mechanicalproperties. The limitation of highstrength steel in the estimation may be lifted.
