Evaluation on the Uncertainty of Measurement for the Fiducial Error of Indication of Measuring Device for Torque and Rotate Speed

摘要: 指出了JJG924-1996《转矩转速测量装置》中对转矩转速示值测量不确定度评定时存在的4个问题. 同时给出了对转矩转速示值引用误差进行测量不确定度评定的一种新方法，给出了一个实例来说明该方法的具体应用.

Abstract: Four problems in evaluating uncertainty in measurement inJJG924-1996《Torque-Tacho Measuring Device》are pointed out. A new method toevaluate uncertainty in measurement for fiducial errors of indication oftorque-tacho is proposed and an example of how to apply it is given.
