液态铝低压渗流过程的模拟试验研究

AN EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF THE SIMULATION OF LOW-PRESSURE INFILTRATION PROCESS OF MOLTEN ALUMIMIUM

  • 摘要: 根据相似原理对黏度不同的液态铝在多孔介质中的低压向上渗流过程进行了模拟试验研究.试验表明,渗流液面以平面沿铅垂方向推进,并满足次方根规律;某一时刻t的雷诺数、阻力系数和沿程损失可用相应的公式计算;液态铝的黏度在一定范围(5\%)的变化对渗流速度的影响不大. 模拟与原型的充填时间有良好的一致性.

     

    Abstract: The process of molten aluminium infiltration withdifferent viscosity in a porous medium under low-pressure is investigatedthrough organic transport material simulation based on the principle ofsimilarity. Experiments indicate that the plane surface of infiltratingliquid advances perpendicularly and conforms to the law of fourth root. At acertain time t, the Reynold's number Re(t), the resistance coefficient\lambda (t) and the pressure loss can be calculated by correspondingformulas. It is found that the viscosity changes of molten aluminum in acertain range (5\%) have little influence on the infiltration velocity.The filling time in the simulation is compared with that for prototype,and a good agreement is found.
