Abstract: This paper tries to find out a way to analyze the industrialized housingsystem with the principle and method of systems science, and it alsodiscusses the structural model of the industrialized housing system, theadjoining matrix, mathematical model and knowledge model; builds anintegrated model of the industralized housing system; puts forward thedesign principle and objective function of the industrialized housingsystem optimization; analyzes the multipolar hierarchial coordinatedcontrol construction, and provides some related theoretical guidance.
