液压节制杆式模拟汽车碰撞吸能装置研究

A STUDY ON HYDRAULIC ROD CONTROLLED AUTOMBILE CRASH SIMULATION ABSORBER

  • 摘要: 提出了一种新型液压节制杆式模拟汽车碰撞吸能装置,并对它的基本结构和工作原理进行了分析,给出较实用的力学模型和节制杆设计方法. 试验结果表明,该吸能装置可以很好地再现实车碰撞过程中的速度和加速度变化过程,为车辆被动安全系统的研究提供实验手段. 该方法也可用来设计其它缓冲控制装置.

     

    Abstract: This paper presents in detail the basic structure andoperating principle of a new type automobile crash simulation absorberbased on the hydraulic rod control method, and gives the mathematical modelof the system and the design method of the control rod. Thevelocity and acceleration data obtained from the tests agree with those ofthe actual crashes very well, and the device can be used for thestudy of a passive safety system, and the method can be used to designother absorbers.
