轴线平行圆柱体滚动接触时的轴向移动阻力

THE CALCULATION OF AXIALLY SHIFTING RESISTANCE ACTING ON PARALLEL ROUGH CYLINDERS DURING ROLLING CONTACT

  • 摘要: 应用摩擦学中的预位移原理,求解轴线平行的两粗糙圆柱体滚动接触时的轴向移动阻力,分析了轴移速比、法向接触载荷、圆柱体表面粗糙层参数对轴向移动阻力的影响,并给出了计算轴向移动阻力的简化公式.

     

    Abstract: In this paper,using preliminary displacement principle in tribology,the axially shifting resistance acting on rough cylinders during rolling contact which axes are parallel were researched.The effects of axially shifting velocity ratio,normal contact load,dimensions of the cylinders and surface topographic parameters on axially shifting resistance were analysed,and an approximate formula for calculating it was derived.
