用光塑法实验研究圆柱体镦粗拉应力理论

ON THE TENSILE STRESS THEORY FOR UPSETTING CIRCULAR CYLINDER BY OPTICAL PLASTICS METHOD

  • 摘要: 采用光塑法对圆柱体的平板间镦粗进行了定量研究;首次运用光塑理论与增量理论定量计算了变形体内的应力;模拟结果与定性物理模拟相吻合,使圆柱体镦粗的刚塑性力学模型技应力理论得到了深化.

     

    Abstract: Upsetting of a circular' cylinder between plates is studied by optical plasticity method. The photoplasticity and incremental theory are used to calculate the stress of upsetting circular cylinder. The results agree well with the qualitative physical simulation. The tensile stress theory of a rigidplastic mechanical model on upsetting circular cylinder is improved.
