水-甲醇混合工质两相闭式热虹吸管传热特性的研究

摘要: 对水-甲醇混合工质两相闭式热虹吸管的传热特性进行了实验研究.实验表明,水-甲醇混合工质热管与纯工质(水)热管之间,不同甲醇浓度的水-甲醇混合工质热管之间,以及在不同倾角条件下,热管轴向壁温分布均有较大差别.这是由于甲醇(易挥发组分)轴向浓度分布不同造成的.Abstract: The heat transfer characteristics of a closed two-phase thermosiphon at different incline angles are experimentally investigated. The working fluid is a mixture of methanol and water with different ratios. The axial temperature distribution at the heating wall is much different from that in the case of one-component (water) working fluid. There is also a difference between heat pipes working with different mixture ratios. This is due to the axial distribution of methanol concentration.
