Abstract: in this paper, based on the unifiedstrength theory, a plane strain axisymmetric problem under the state of the elasto-viscoplasticity wasanalyzed and a unified solution was obtained, fromwhich a set of solutions can be obtained based ondifferent strength theories from the Mohr-coulombstrength theory to the twin shear strength theory.The results in the references are only the special solutions. By using the Unified Strength Theory, themore proper solution about different materials canbe derived.
