火炮身管力学响应研究进展

ADVANCES ON THE MECHANICAL RESPONSE OF GUN BARRELS

  • 摘要: 身管是火炮发射系统的核心部件,其结构完整性与服役寿命直接关系到武器系统的射击精度和作战可靠性。在弹丸发射过程中,身管将承受高温、高压、摩擦等耦合作用,造成其变形、疲劳、损伤甚至断裂。因此开展工况下身管力学响应研究具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。本文将围绕弹丸发射过程中身管热应力、变形、振动、强度、损伤等典型的力学响应问题,梳理了相关的研究进展,为理解身管服役行为、阐释失效机理以及开展寿命评估与结构优化提供了重要参考。

     

    Abstract: Gun barrel is the core component of the artillery firing system, and its structural integrity and service life are directly related to the firing accuracy and operational reliability of the weapon system. During projectile launch, the gun barrel is subjected to the coupled effects of, e.g., high temperature, high pressure, and friction, which lead to its deformation, fatigue, damage, or even fracture. Therefore, investigating the mechanical responses of the gun barrels under operational conditions holds significant scientific and practical value. In this paper, we summarize advances on the mechanical response of the gun barrels during projectile launch, focusing on thermal stress, deformation, vibration, strength, and damage. Our work will provide important references for understanding barrel service behavior, elucidating failure mechanisms, and conducting service life evaluation and structural optimization.
