从“野光浮”现象探讨光的散射与力学应用

THE MOONLIGHT FLOATS OVER THE WILDERNESS: DISCUSSING THE LIGHT SCATTERING AND ITS MECHANICAL APPLICATIONS

  • 摘要: 本文通过赏析古代诗词中的“野光浮”现象,探讨自然界中的丁达尔效应,进而分析不同尺度的微小粒子对光波的米氏散射与瑞利散射的规律,并以激光粒子图像测速技术和基于纳米粒子示踪平面激光散射技术为例,分别介绍米氏散射和瑞利散射在流体力学光学测量中的应用。

     

    Abstract: By discussing the "the moonlight floats over the wilderness" in an ancient poem, this paper introduces the Tyndall effect in the wild nature and discusses the light scattering phenomena. Furthermore, it analyzes the influence of small particle of different sizes on the light scattering process, which leads to the Mie scattering and the Rayleigh scattering models. It also discusses the application of the Mie scattering and Rayleigh scattering in optical measurements of fluid mechanics, such as the particle image velocimetry and the nano-tracer-based planar laser scattering.
