从积木式到多尺度——浅谈复合材料结构一体化设计

FROM THE BUILDING BLOCK APPROACH TO MULTI-SCALE VERIFICATION: A BRIEF EXPLORATION OF INTEGRATED DESIGN IN COMPOSITE STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 复合材料结构一体化设计已逐渐成为现代飞机设计的必要手段,对提升飞机结构效率、缩短研制周期、降低研制成本至关重要。本文总结了以多层级仿真与验证为基础的一体化设计技术在民机复合材料结构型号研制中的应用,并以混合结构热应力分析方法开发为例,说明了积木式仿真与验证的工作思路与流程。

     

    Abstract: The integrated design of composite material structures has gradually become a necessary means in modern aircraft design. It is crucial for improving aircraft structural efficiency, shortening development cycles, and reducing development costs. This paper summarizes the application of integrated design technology, based on multi-level simulation and verification, in the development of composite material structures for civil aircraft models. Taking the development of hybrid structure thermal stress analysis methods as an example, it illustrates the building block simulation and verification workflow and process.
