喀斯特山地城市大断面地铁车站暗挖施工模板支撑关键技术——以贵阳轨道交通三号线黔灵山公园站为例

Key Technology of Formwork Support in Underground Excavation Construction of Large Section Metro Stations in Karst Mountain Cities: a Case of Qianlingshan Park Station in Guiyang Metro Line 3

  • 摘要: 为解决在多岩溶、多断层的喀斯特地质条件下,大断面地铁车站暗挖施工面临的模板支撑稳定性问题,本文以贵阳轨道交通3号线黔灵山公园站为例,提出结合台车浇筑、盘扣式模板支架施工的围护桩+砼内支撑体系,给出了其施工方案、施工参数、工艺流程、安全保证措施等关键技术,并通过布置监测点,给出了模板支架体系的监测控制标准及预警标准。结果表明:该模板支撑技术体系有效抑制了喀斯特地质中大跨地下工程施工致灾风险,达到了安全、高质、高效的施工效果,可供类似工程参考。

     

    Abstract: To solve the stability problems of formwork support in the underground excavation construction of large cross-section subway stations under karst geological conditions with multiple karst and faults, based on Qianlingshan Park Station of Guiyang Rail Transit Line 3, a retaining pile + concrete inner support system using trolley pouring and disc-buckle formwork support construction was proposed, and key technologies such as the construction scheme, construction parameters, process flow, and safety assurance measures of the support system were provided. By arranging monitoring points, the monitoring control standards and warning standards for the system were given. The results show that, the proposed formwork support system effectively mitigates the potential disaster risks associated with large-span underground construction in karst geological conditions, and a safe, high-quality, and efficient construction effect was achieved. This can be used as a reference for similar projects.
