新柱拱法地铁车站施工对邻近管线变形影响研究−以贵阳地铁3号线北京路站为例

RESEARCH ON INFLUENCE OF CONSTRUCTION OF NEW COLUMN ARCH METHOD SUBWAY STATION ON ADJACENT PIPELINES:A CASE OF BEIJING ROAD STATION IN GUIYANG METRO LINE 3

  • 摘要: 为探究地铁车站新施工工法对邻近管线的变形影响,以贵阳地铁3号线北京路站为依托工程,通过采用Flac3D有限差分数值模拟软件建立三维数值模型,对施工过程进行仿真分析,并利用现场监测数据进行验证。结果表明:1)地下管线的沉降变形与其距离车站中线位置关系极大,符合地层的一般变形规律;2)地下管线的横向变形与车站开挖跨度有关,位于车站两侧的地下管线横向变形最大;3)现场监测数据与数值计算结果对比可知,两者地下管线沉降变形随车站施工阶段变化规律大致相同,说明数值计算结果可为现场施工及类似工程提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the influence of new construction method for subway station on the deformation of adjacent pipelines, based on Beijing Road Station of Guiyang Metro Line 3, a 3D model was established using Flac3D software. By simulating and analyzing the construction process, and comparing the simulation results and the in-site monitoring data, the following conclusions were obtained: 1) the settlement deformation of underground pipelines conforms to the general deformation law of strata, and it is closely related to their distance from the center line of the station; 2) the lateral deformation of underground pipelines is related to the excavation span of the station, and the underground pipelines located on both sides of the station have the largest lateral deformation; 3) the change law of the settlement deformation of the underground pipelines with the construction sequence based on the in-site monitoring data is consistent with that based on the simulation results, indicating that the simulation results can provide reference for in-site construction and similar projects.
