Abstract:
With the rapid development of the global new energy industry, hydrogen energy has attracted much attention because of its high efficiency, non-polluting and sustainable characteristics, but the safety issue has been the top priority of hydrogen energy utilization because of the inherent characteristics of hydrogen gas which is difficult to maintain its safety. This paper systematically summarizes the research progress on the flammability characteristics of hydrogen-doped combustible gases against the background of the safe utilization of hydrogen, firstly introduces the flammability mechanism of hydrogen-doped combustible gases, then discusses its minimum ignition energy, flammability limit and its flame behavior characteristics, and finally emphasizes the importance of hydrogen-doped combustible gases in energy utilization and the future development direction.
