Abstract:
With the rapid development of hydrogen-doped transportation, the original venting system has created new safety hazards and risk factors. In order to ensure the safety of equipment and operator during the venting operation of hydrogen-doped pipeline, the venting process of hydrogen-doped pipeline is fully analyzed based on the systems theoretic accident model and process, and the safety constraints of failure accidents for blow-off system are exhaustively determined. Then the venting operation control and feedback model is established, which helps to accurately identify the potential unsafe control behaviors in the control model, and evaluate the risk caused by different unsafe control behaviors and determine the corresponding safety constraints. Finally, the risk of hydrogen-doped pipeline is analyzed in detail, which plays a key role to improve the safety of venting operation of hydrogen-doped pipeline.
