掺氢天然气管道完整性评价技术的进展与挑战

ADVANCES AND CHALLENGES OF HYDROGEN-BLENDED NATURAL GAS PIPELINE INTEGRITY ASSESSMENT TECHNOLOGY

  • 摘要: “双碳目标”背景下,我国积极推进掺氢天然气管道发展,本文总结了国内外掺氢天然气管道完整性评价方面的研究进展与挑战,得到主要结论如下。(1)现有金属材料相容性试验结论不明确,亟需制定国际统一的金属材料掺氢相容性试验标准;掺氢后管材、焊缝性能劣化规律不清晰,需系统地开展相关试验,揭示其氢损伤机理。(2)天然气管道非金属密封材料在氢环境中的密封性能及力学性能尚不明确,亟需开展相关试验以探索其性能规律;工程上缺乏高性能的非金属输氢管道,需研发低渗透耐侵蚀的输氢管材。(3)现有无损检测技术对掺氢后天然气管道的适用性研究不足,需改进或研发更高精度的无损检测工具以满足掺氢条件下对缺陷检测精度的要求。(4)掺氢天然气管道缺陷适用性评价方法研究仍处于初级阶段,需要以丰富的试验数据为基础开展耦合考虑氢介质与应力状态的管材微观损伤本构研究,完善掺氢天然气管道缺陷适用性评价方法。本文可为掺氢天然气管道安全保障相关研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of “double carbon target”, China has actively promoted the development of hydrogen-blended natural gas pipelines. This paper summarizes the research advances and challenges in the integrity assessment of hydrogen-blended natural gas pipelines at home and abroad. The main conclusions are as follows. (1) The conclusion of the existing metal material compatibility test is not clear, and it is urgent to formulate an international unified metal material hydrogen compatibility test standard. The degradation law of pipe and weld performance after hydrogen doping is not clear, and relevant tests need to be carried out systematically to reveal the hydrogen damage mechanism. (2) The sealing performance and mechanical properties of non-metallic sealing materials for natural gas pipelines in hydrogen environment are still unclear, and relevant tests are urgently needed to explore their performance laws. There is a lack of high-performance non-metallic hydrogen pipelines in engineering, and it is necessary to develop low-permeability and corrosion-resistant hydrogen pipelines. (3) The existing non-destructive testing technology has insufficient research on the applicability of hydrogen-blended natural gas pipelines. It is necessary to improve or develop non-destructive testing tools with higher precision to meet the requirements of defect detection accuracy under hydrogen-blended conditions. (4) The research on the applicability evaluation method of hydrogen-blended natural gas pipeline defects is still in its infancy. It is necessary to carry out the research on the microscopic damage constitutive of the pipe considering the hydrogen medium and stress state based on the abundant experimental data, and improve the applicability evaluation method of hydrogen-blended natural gas pipeline defects. This paper can provide reference for related research on safety assurance of hydrogen-blended natural gas pipelines.
