水下井口连接器力学特性分析与实验研究

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES ANALYSIS AND EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF SUBSEA WELLHEAD CONNECTOR

  • 摘要: 基于密封性能对水下井口连接器的力学特性进行分析和试验验证。以高压介质作用下密封性能的判定准则为依据,根据赫兹接触理论得到了接触宽度、最大接触压力与接触面倾角之间的定量关系,确定了密封面倾角满足密封性能的合理范围。在小变形假设下利用弹性理论分析了在锁紧情况下密封圈各点处的应力分量变化规律,利用有限元软件分析了密封圈各点的应力变化规律,并且根据水下采油树标准设计试验进行了密封性能的验证。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes mechanical properties of subsea wellhead connector based on sealing property. Based on the criterion of sealing performance and Hertz contact theory, the paper discussed the quantitative relationship between contact width, maximum contact pressure and contact angle, and determines the reasonable range of inclination angle of sealing. Based on the elastic theory under the assumption of small deformations, the stress component function at each point of sealing ring is analyzed. Finite element software was used to analyze the stress variation of each point of the seal ring, and test was designed to verify the sealing performance.
