碳纤维双马树脂基圆锥壳的热振动特性研究1)

RESEARCH ON THERMAL VIBRATION CHARACTERISTICS OF CARBON FIBER BISMALEIMIDE RESIN CONICAL SHELL1)

  • 摘要: 本文针对碳纤维双马树脂基圆锥壳在自由边界条件下的热振动特性展开了研究。通过热模态试验获得了圆锥壳在不同温度时的前三阶固有频率,结果表明:圆锥壳的固有频率随温度升高而降低。结合有限元方法,分析了温度对圆锥壳的热振动特性的影响机理,结果表明:随着温度升高,一方面圆锥壳的弹性模量会降低,使固有频率减小;另一方面,复合材料单层因热膨胀能力的各向异性导致各单层热变形不协调,从而产生热应力,使固有频率增大。

     

    Abstract: This paper studies the thermal vibration characteristics of the carbon fiber bismaleimide resin conical shell under free boundary conditions. The first three natural frequencies of the conical shell at different temperatures are obtained by thermal modal test. The results show that the natural frequencies of the conical shell decrease with the increase in temperature. Combined with the finite element method, the effect of temperature on the thermal vibration characteristics of the conical shell is analyzed. The results show that the increase of temperature exhibits two effects: (1) The natural frequencies decrease with the decrease of the elastic modulus of the conical shell; (2) The anisotropy of the thermal expansion ability of among various single-layers leads to the thermal deformation inconsistency among those layers, which induces thermal stress and therefore increases the natural frequencies.
