固-液界面摩擦阻力测量方法研究

摘要: 基于对现阶段固-液界面摩擦阻力测量方法总结分析,本文结合传感器直接测量法和流动压差实验法设计固-液界面摩擦阻力测量装置,并使用该装置进行亚克力表面、荷叶表面摩擦阻力测量实验。结果表明:该装置流动压差法与传感器直接测量法得出的数据基本吻合,且两者测得样品表面摩擦阻力结果误差均小于2%,从而验证该装置具有较高的可行性;同时,试验测得贴有荷叶槽道表面摩擦阻力始终小于亚克力槽道表面的摩擦阻力,验证了荷叶表面具有一定的减阻效果。Abstract: This paper introduced a new design for the measurement of solid-liquid interface friction resistance, which combines direct sensor measurement and the classic experimental method of flow pressure difference. This newly designed device was used to measure the friction resistance of the acrylic surface and lotus leaf surface. The results show that the data obtained by the flow pressure difference method and the direct measurement method are in good agreement, and the error of the surface friction resistance measured by the two methods is less than 2%. The friction resistance of the channel surface pasted with lotus leaves is always smaller than that of the acrylic channel surface, which reveals the effect of lotus leaf on the drag reduction.
