加入纳米颗粒的相变悬浮液流变特性

RHEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SUSPENSIONS OF MICROENCAPSULATED PHASE CHANGE MATERIALS IN PRESENCE OF NANOPARTICLES

  • 摘要: 通过实验方法研究了加入TiO2纳米颗粒的相变悬浮液流变特性. 研究表明,加入纳米颗粒的相变悬浮液仍可被视为牛顿流体,温度对悬浮液的黏性系数有显著影响,其黏性系数随温度变化的趋势与基液一致. 悬浮液的黏性随纳米颗粒浓度增加以非线性方式增加,当纳米颗粒的质量浓度为5\%时,黏性的增量大约为23%.

     

    Abstract: The rheological characteristics of suspensions ofmicroencapsulated phase change materials (MPCM) in the presence ofnano-particles are investigated experimentally. Such type of novelsuspensions is found to behave as Newtonian fluids under relevant conditions studied in this work. Temperature affects the viscosity of suspensions significantly,and viscosity of base liquid and that of suspensions change withtemperature in a similar fashion. It is also found that viscosity of thesuspensions increases in a nonlinear fashion with increasing concentrationof nano-particles. The increment of viscosity is about 23\% when the massconcentration of nano-particles is up to 5%.
