Abstract:
Considering the elasticity of bearing and vibrationisolating pad, this paper sets up a nonlinear rubbing model for asymmetricsupport rotor experimental table systems. Based on speed parameters for thebifurcation, by using the numerical integration method, the system responseis obtained, and the effects of the vibration isolating pad stiffness on thesystem bifurcation and chaos are analyzed, through Poincar\'e map andauto-correlation function method. The results of system responses showthat the effects are significant and the routes to chaos are mainly intermittencechaos and period doubling bifurcation. The simulation results agree wellwith the experimental results.
