回转机件的不平衡及其校正

摘要: 工厂常用的较大的空心回转机件在进行动不平衡校正时,由于缺乏适当的动平衡机或机件不宜在动平衡机上进行校正而只能采取机器原地进行动不平衡校正时,采用手工动平衡方法,因缺乏理论分析及有效的校正方法,工作效率较低.本文就此问题进行了理论分析,提出了有效的动平衡方法.实践证明这些方法对提高效率是有效的.Abstract: For a large-sized hollow rotary often used in factories,a suitable dynamic balance device is sometimes not available or it isnot appropriate to use the dynamic balance device so it is aftenrectified on the working sites with hands. Due to lack of thetheoretical analysis and aneffective method, the dynamic unbalance rectifying is doneinefficiently. This paper makes some theoreticalanalysis and puts forward an efficient dynamic balance method. It isshown that this method is effective.
