浅谈三根火柴杆悬挂重物的平衡原理1)

  • 摘要: 介绍了一个利用三根火柴杆悬挂重物的有趣力学试验,分析了其平衡的原理是火柴在桌面边缘处发生了自锁现象,通过理论力学的平衡方程及梁的弯曲变形理论求得了其所能悬挂的最大重量与火柴抗弯刚度、火柴与桌面摩擦系数、火柴外伸尺寸及火柴布局等因素的关系。通过几个算例讨论了摩擦系数、棉线与桌面距离对悬挂极限载荷的影响。

     

    Abstract: This paper discusses an interesting mechanical experiment of hanging weight with three matches, based on the equilibrium principle. It is a self-locking problem. The relationship between the maximum weight and the bending stiffness of the match, the friction coefficient between the match and the table, the size of the match and the layout of the match is obtained by the bending deformation theory of the beam. The influence of the friction coefficient and the distance between the cotton thread and the table on the ultimate load is analyzed with some examples.
