The Beginning of Postdoctoral Research Station in the Institute of Mechanics of CAS

摘要: 钱学森自中国科学院力学研究所建所之初，便十分重视高级科研人员的培养工作。本文回顾了“文革”后研究生制度恢复及博士后制度建立以来，力学所在早期创建博士后科研流动站的过程，并介绍了笔者在站期间所开展的部分博士后研究工作。

Abstract: This paper reviews the background and the very beginning process of the postdoctoral research station in the Institute of Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and some of my postdoctoral research work.
