概率密度演化理论的基本原理与若干进展

THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLE AND RECENT ADVANCES OF THE PROBABILITY DENSITY EVOLUTION THEORY

  • 摘要: 随机动力系统分析是科学与工程领域中具有高度重要性的研究领域。概率密度演化理论的建立和系统发展,为解决上述领域中的关键难题提供了基础。本文综述了概率密度演化理论的基本原理和若干进展,包括:概率守恒原理的内涵与历史发展,广义概率密度演化方程,降维概率密度演化方程,数值求解方法等。指出了需要进一步开展研究的问题。

     

    Abstract: Stochastic dynamical system analysis is a highly important research area across various science and engineering fields. The probability density evolution theory provides a fundamental framework for adressing key challenges in this domain. This paper reviews recent advances in the theory, enncompassing the conceptual significance and historical development of the principle of preservation of probability, the generalized density evolution equation, the dimension-reduced probability density evolution equation, and related numerical methods. Finally, it also identifies important problems that warrant further investigation.
