考虑波浪激励的乌篷船优化设计与力学分析

OPTIMAL DESIGN AND MECHANICAL ANALYSIS OF WUPENG BOAT CONSIDERING WAVE EXCITATION

  • 摘要: 基于第十八届全国大学生结构设计竞赛赛题要求,以乌篷船为研究对象,结合波浪激励与垂向静载复合工况,开展轻量化结构设计与力学分析。采用Midas Civil NX建立有限元模型,对结构在多种荷载工况下的强度、刚度、稳定性及动力响应进行仿真分析。通过多轮结构选型与优化,确定乌篷船设计方案,并在此基础上完成98.61g的轻质高强模型制作和试验加载。结果表明,该模型在垂向静载与波浪激励共同作用下具有良好的承载性能与航行稳定性,为类似水上结构设计提供了理论依据与实践参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the requirements of the 18th National College Students' structural design competition, taking the wupeng boat as the research object, the lightweight structural design and mechanical analysis were carried out under the combined conditions of wave excitation and vertical static load. Midas civil NX is used to establish the finite element model, and the strength, stiffness, stability and dynamic response of the structure under various load conditions are simulated and analyzed. Through the selection and optimization of multi wheel structure, the design scheme of wupeng boat was determined, and on this basis, 98.61g lightweight high-strength model and experimental loading were completed. The results show that the model has good bearing performance and navigation stability under the combined action of vertical static load and wave excitation, which provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the design of similar offshore structures.
