数智赋能,项目牵引,培育“力学+”创新人才——力学“101计划”虚拟仿真综合训练课程的探索与实践

Empowering with Digital Intelligence, Project-Driven Approach, and Cultivating ‘Mechanics+’ Innovative Talents

  • 摘要: 北京航空航天大学基于力学“101计划”,构建“数智赋能—项目牵引—思政融入”三位一体的“力学+”创新人才培养体系。通过虚拟仿真实验平台,实现力学理论与工程实践深度融合;以“共研一架飞机”项目打破学科壁垒,搭建跨领域协同创新平台,强化学生系统思维与工程创新能力;同时将思政教育嵌入专业实践,形成双螺旋育人模式,深化空天报国情怀。该改革推动力学人才教育数字化改革,显著提升学生跨学科协作、工程实践及创新思维能力,为高端装备研发人才培养提供了新路径。

     

    Abstract: Under the Mechanics 101 Program Beihang University has established a “Mechanics+" interdisciplinary innovation talent cultivation model featuring a “digital-intelligent empowerment, project-driven, ideological integration" trinity framework. By establishing a virtual simulation platform for aircraft design, it deeply integrates mechanical theory with multidisciplinary engineering practice. The “Collaborative Aircraft Research Project" breaks disciplinary barriers, creating a cross-domain innovation platform to enhance students' systems thinking and engineering innovation capabilities. Simultaneously, ideological education is embedded in professional practice through a "dual-helix" educational system, fostering aerospace patriotism. This reform digitally restructures mechanical education while significantly improving students' interdisciplinary collaboration, practical engineering skills, and innovative thinking, offering a new pathway for cultivating high-end equipment R&D talents under the Mechanics 101 Program.
