加肋箱型长杆极限承载力实验研究1)

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ULTIMATE CAPACITY OF BOX STIFFENED BAR UNDER COMPRESSION1)

  • 摘要: 为研究加肋箱型空心长杆的力学性能,采用竹皮和竹条制作了147个长度、截面形式和制作方法不同的杆件,测试了承载力和荷质比。结果表明:杆长在250 \sim 350 mm杆件破坏载荷介于受压和失稳破坏之间;无论荷质比还是承载力,双层杆件优于单层杆件;在制作杆件时,应对竹皮缺陷、杆件棱角进行补强。本文源自大学生结构设计竞赛中的桥梁结构模型,对培养大学生将力学与实践相结合的创新能力有所助益。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the mechanical properties of the long hollow box with stiffened bar, this study measured the bearing capacity under different load-mass ratio of 147 test pieces of various length and cross-section, which are made of bamboo skin and strips using distinct methods. The test results show that the failure of the bar with length within 250 \sim 350~mm is between compression failure and instability failure, and the bearing capacity and load-mass ratio for double-layer bars are better than those of single-layer bars. It is necessary to repair/strengthen the defects of bamboo skin and the edges of the bar during the preparation progress. This study is part of a college competition of structural design of bridges, aiming to cultivate students innovation in combining mechanical theory and engineering.
