小行星2016 HO3表面动力学环境分析及采样挑战1)

THE ANALYSIS OF SURFACE DYNAMICAL ENVIRONMENTS AND SAMPLING DIFFICULTIES FOR ASTEROID 2016 HO31)

  • 摘要: 小行星探测是当前深空探测领域热点问题之一,对于小行星的采样返回、表面巡视等探测任务需要小行星表面动力学研究作为基础。目前小行星表面动力学仍是一个重大难题。本文从小行星表面物体自由运动趋势及能否产生自发运动两方面对小行星表面动力学环境进行分析。以小行星2016 HO3为研究对象进行数值仿真计算,给出小行星2016 HO3表面动力学环境特点。最后根据这些特点,从小行星表面动力学环境入手,论述了我国未来针对小行星2016 HO3采样任务与国际上其余小行星采样任务相比所面临的更多困难与挑战。

     

    Abstract: The exploration of asteroid is coming to be a popular topic in deep space exploration. The surface dynamics of asteroids is fundamental to the sampling and surface exploration of asteroids. However, surface dynamics of asteroids is still a difficult problem for us. This paper aims at the dynamical environment analysis for motion trend and static analysis of surface particles for asteroids. Asteroid 2016 HO3 is selected as the target to do the numerical research. The characteristics of dynamical environment on the surface of 2016 HO3 are given. Based on those characteristics, some unprecedented difficulties and challenges of China's future sample-return mission for 2016 HO3 are also illustrated.
