增材制造技术发展对飞机结构设计教学的影响1)

INFLUENCE OF ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT ON AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE DESIGN TEACHING1)

  • 摘要: 增材制造技术突破传统制造约束,带来飞机结构设计理念和方法的转变,成为提升飞机结构性能、降低成本的重要支撑。飞机结构设计是飞行器设计专业本科核心专业课程,培养面向增材制造的飞机结构设计人才是提高航空装备设计水平的必要内容。创新结构设计理念和多学科协同设计方法是面向增材制造结构设计人员的必备素质。北京航空航天大学飞机结构设计课程通过案例和实物教学引入基于增材制造的新结构型式、拓扑优化方法、设计/制造一体化理念、新结构考核验证等教学内容,重点培养学生的创新设计理念,同时为学生利用增材制造技术实现创新结构设计做必要的知识储备和工具支撑。

     

    Abstract: Additive manufacturing technology is changing aircraft design concept and method by breaking through traditional manufacturing constrains. It plays an important role in airframe properties enhancement and cost reduction. Aircraft structure design is the core course of aircraft design major. Training in aircraft structural design for additive manufacture is essential for improving the students design ability of aviation equipment. Novel design concept and multiple-discipline collaborative design are fundamental qualities of aircraft structure designer for additive manufacture. The novel structure form, topology optimization method, integration of design and manufacturing, validation and verification of structure fabricated by additive manufacture technology are introduced in aircraft structure design course at Beihang University by case and object teaching method. The main goal of these activities is training students new design concept for additive manufacture. The basic knowledge and design tooling are also instructed to support students achieving innovative structural design for additive manufacture.
