THE DESIGN OF MICRO-DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR--THE SOLUTION FOR FAILURE OF AIRCRAFT ENGINE DUE TO NON-OXYGEN GAS

  • Due to the influence of the exhaust gas produced by airborne weapons onengine's operational parameter, amicro-differential pressure sensor is developed to measure the signalwhen the pressure in the aircompressor falls suddenly. Thesystem of antisurge can open in time to prevent the engine surge or stop. Thispaper discusses the sensor structure, the principle of work, the designprinciple and the main part parameter design method. And the testresults show that the design requirement is satisfied.
