Evaluation on the Uncertainty of Measurement for the Fiducial Error of Indication of Measuring Device for Torque and Rotate Speed
Four problems in evaluating uncertainty in measurement inJJG924-1996《Torque-Tacho Measuring Device》are pointed out. A new method toevaluate uncertainty in measurement for fiducial errors of indication oftorque-tacho is proposed and an example of how to apply it is given.
