ANALYSIS OF VISCOELASTIC BEHAVIOR OF FIXED ROCK PLATE WITH ONE FREE BOUNDARY AND ITS APPLICATION

  • Based on viscoelastic theory, the behavior of a viscoelastic fixedrock plate with one free boundary is studied, and the new transformrelations of viscoelastic parameters are derived in the Laplace space. Theanalytic formulas of the generalized Kelvin model are obtained for thefixed rockplate with one free boundary by using the new transforms, and the formulasare used to analyze the deformation of some rock cavern roof. Thecalculating results agree well with practical measurements andcan be used for engineering reference.
