SOME MECHANICS PROBLEMS ON THE DESIGN OF CRT

In this paper, some mechanics problems on the designof CRT are discussed. These problems include the FEM analysis of thethermal stress during the manufacturing process of the panel and of thethermal deformation of the mask, and the investigation of the vibration andmicrophony effect of the mask. Furthermore, by a numerical example, theeffectiveness of this analysis is investigated.
