UNIFIED LIMIT ANALYSIS OF THICK WALL CYLINDER OF LINEAR STRENGTHENED MATERIAL

This paper performs the limit analysis of a thick wallcylinder of linear strengthened materialbased on the unified strength theory. The analytic expression of limitpressure is obtained. By using the unified strength theory, morereasonable solutions for different materials can be derived.
