A PC CLUSTER SYSTEM FOR LARGE-SCALE BEM PROBLEM

In order to fulfill the needs for computational speedand capacities, which is incurred in large-scale BEM problem, a PCcluster system is set up based on Linux system and PVM parallelplatform. Practical large-scale BEM problems are carried out on thecluster system. The results show the effectiveness and the efficiency ofthe cluster system.
