Abstract
From the equilibrium equation, the equation for the static fluid surface in a lying cylinder under low gravity was derived. And then the boundary condition of contact angle was derived. Finally, by using Runge Kutta method, numerical results were obtained and the shape of static liquid surface were drawn by the computer.
