Abstract
In order to study the partial-wear between rod and tubingin the mechanical production, the buckling deformation and thecontact of tubing with inner rod and outer casing are considered, and the variablecross-section of structure and the annular clearance with the tubing androd are assumed, the tubing post-buckling and the contact with casingand rod are simulated by using the nonlinear finite element method of largedisplacement with contact, and the initialdisplacement of tubing is obtained from the multi-band instability wavesuperposition value based on structure stability analysis.This method can be used in the post-buckling and contact analysis ofcompressional tubing in the vertical well, which would provide someguidance forthe rod and tubing partial-wear analysis and preventive measuredevelopment.
