FINITE ELEMENT INVERSE ANALYSIS OF LOAD IDENTIFICATION FOR INTELLIGENT STRUCTURES

Based on the least square method, a method is presented to identify the load on the structure by the displacements of some points in the structure. The finite element method and the finite-differrence method are introduced to apply the method in practical Engineering problems. An example shows that the method is effective.
