THE OPTIMAL DESIGN METHOD FOR TMD WIND CONTROL ON TALL OR SUPER-TALL STEEL STRUCTURE BUILDINGS

  • Research on control design method onwindinduced vibrating comfort of TMD-tall steelstructure system is carried out in this paper. Calcu-lating formulae for vibrating acceleration of the con-trolled structurcs axe derived. The design table forfiuctuating amplifying coefficient of the controlledstructures and the control design steps are given.Tlle colnputational results show that the TMD isvery efficient for controlling wind vibration acceler-ation of structures.
